Since moving to Nashville 10 years ago, my experiences with contractors had been sub par, but not with Bluebird. Jay came and did a roof inspection, talked me through the process, and then when the meeting with the insurance adjuster, Jay and his supervisor, Robin were here to make sure I didn’t get the runaround from the inspector. The claim was approved, and the job was scheduled within a very reasonable time. All communications with everybody involved were top notch. Day of installation, Enoch, the foreman stayed on site to make sure everything ran smoothly and addressed any issues that I had. The installation crew was friendly and fast. Clean up was excellent. Do yourself a favor and give these folks a call if you need roofing work done. Can’t say enough great things about them. An absolute pleasure to deal with which is unheard of these days.

Bluebird came out to inspect our roof after a recent hail storm. They were thorough and helped walk us through how to submit the claim to our insurance. They did an excellent job working with the adjuster and we couldn’t be happier with how our new roof and gutters look! They even made sure some minor screen damage was repaired quickly. I would definitely recommend them!
