I am so grateful to Jake for being so helpful and attentive to our situation with our roof. He made sure that dealing with insurance all the way to picking out a new quality roof was as least stressful as possible. He answered every question we had and was always willing to take whatever time was needed whether it was in person OR on the phone. He was NEVER too busy to help us. He knew we had concerns due to scammers who had put on our previous roof and never once made us feel uneasy about Bluebird putting on our new roof. I truly believe Bluebird Roofing is an outstanding company with a stellar reputation for a reason and that is why they came highly recommended by a friend. It is hard to find a company nowadays owned and operated by hard working and honest individuals. I truly believe that is what Bluebird is. I can't wait to do another review after they put on our new roof.

I have to join the many 5 star customers with a great experience. I dreaded the thought of the debris created in the replacing of my 95 sq. roof but was surprised to see the cleanliness around the property as if no one was there. We can't say enough about Bluebirds supervisor Philip Nafziger. His professionalism leading his crew and open communication reinforced our confidence. We had some faulty flashing issues with the original construction that high-lighted Philip's talent with a solid repair. Bluebird will be our "Go-to" roofer in the future.

OUTSTANDING ALL AROUND!!! From our first contact with Jay to the people in the office to the actual team that put on the roof, everything was first class. Jay came out to inspect, indicated we had hail problems and assisted with the insurance claim. He met the inspector on the roof and showed him the damage. Because of his thorough work, it was approved in one day. They ordered the impact resistant shingles and got them. The team put a new roof system on in one LONG day. They accepted the insurance company payment. I was a little hesitant to pay in full in advance, but that is the way it is done. It worked out great.

Lucas was very professional, courteous and helpful throughout the whole process. Roofers and supervisors on the project were great. Would recommend this company.
