We had an excellent experience with Bluebird Roofing, completing a full roof replacement after hail damage. Matt and Jenny provided great customer service and communication throughout the process, including communication with the insurance company. Matt was very knowledgeable about the project, and helped answers all our questions (and pick the right shingle!). The job was done in a day by a professional crew, and they cleaned up around the house very well. We also went for the extended warranty, knowing Bluebird will be there if we have any issues. We'd certainly use them again!

Do not use!!! They took my deposit and never did my roof. Do not give them anything in advance! (or at all)

I had never filed a claim before, He guided me through the process and made it super easy. He ACTUALLY cared about ME and made sure that I was taken care of.I recommend working with Jack 10/10 times. I have had terrible experiences with contractors, which completely changed my expectations. He came out to my home multiple times and was so sweet and respectful.The roof looks amazing. The crew did great and they were in and out in a single day. Just like Jack said "It won't even look like we were here"
